Former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie chose a sparkling short silver gown for the saucy dance, taught to the housemates by former Strictly Come Dancing pro Kristina.
The housemates were paired up and asked to twirl around the School of Dance as Kristina judged them.
While some went for amazing OTT theatrics – hello John and Tiffany! – and others tried their hardest but landed on the floor – looking at you Chris and Gemma! – it was Stephanie and Jeremy who were crowned the best dancers.
They certainly seemed to be taking it very seriously with lots of eye contact, dipping action, and some serious leg gymnastics from Steph.
As a result of winning, Stephanie, Jeremy and Kristina won a treat to be revealed later.

The smouldering dance won't do much to convince the housemates they are just friends: Stephanie tried to deny this week that she'd kissed Jeremy but Gemma told her everyone knew about it.
Stephanie's growing closeness to Jeremy has been a huge point of discussion both inside and outside the house, as she's been dating model Sam Reece for more than a year.
Before leaving the house on medical grounds, David Gest had told Jeremy: "You don't have to listen to me but I'm talking to you seriously. I'm not joking or being funny and I really, really like you as a friend. This is not the right move for you.
"I don't care what your d**k thinks, think with your mind. She is going with somebody. She's been with him for about a year. She comes in here and she forgets that she has a boyfriend. You're making the biggest wrong choice of your life. She's got somebody and when you have somebody you don't play around."
Sam has remained quiet on Stephanie since he tweeted on 11 January: "Hi everyone, I will no longer be supporting Stephanie Davis... Thanks for all your support and love you have given me!!"
He then added: "I would like to clarify that Stephanie and I continue to remain a couple irrespective of comments on social media surrounding our relationship saying that I've 'dumped' her as she still remains in the house.
"Monday's comment was me withdrawing my support via social media for the time being. I will be talking to her when she leaves the Big Brother house."
"I would never end a relationship over text or social media. I want to talk to Steph face to face."
CBB airs at 9pm on Channel 5.
