James 'Arg' Argent admitted he's finding The Jump the most challenging thing he's ever done...and it's only just the beginning!

TOWIE star Arg has left the confines of Essex to throw himself down a few daredevil ski slopes in Austria, as training for the winter sports show gets underway. However, the demanding routine is already getting to him.

Posing with the rest of his celebrity ski team, including former EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton and former Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, Arg was all smiles despite admitting he was finding it difficult.

Alongside the snap he wrote: "I'm sorry guys but I'm gonna have to say... #SquadGoals haha! Only a few days in & it's the toughest thing I've ever done #TheJump."

Uh-oh, this won't help to ease his girlfriend Lydia Bright's nerves that he'll return with an injury! She told Reveal: "I just don't want him coming back with any broken bones. That's all I'll ask of him!"

It's not surprising Arg is finding the training tough going, especially considering he's up against some seasoned skiers - fellow contestant Made In Chelsea's Mark-Francis Vandelli probably learnt to ski before he could walk, right?

Despite the fact each celeb will end up competing against each-other for the highest score, there doesn't seem to be any rivalries between the squad just yet. In fact, Arg has struck up an unlikely (but brilliant) friendship with Mark-Francis.

The new "besties" even enjoyed a cosy "soiree" before training kicked off, very Made In Chelsea. Will Arg return the favour and take Mark to Sugar Hut? Here's hoping.
