Rebecca, who is mum to seven-month-old daughter Summer, has got real honest about motherhood in a recent interview and admitted becoming a parent has definitely changed her.
Opening up to FEMAIL, the Olympic gold medallist revealed: "Motherhood is the best thing ever, but definitely the hardest thing. Any parent that tells you it's easy is probably lying."
Now settled into having a little one around, Rebecca first welcomed her baby girl back in June 2015, with husband Harry Needs.
Since Summer's arrival, Rebecca and Harry have often been spotted gushing about family life on social media and as her little girl gets older, Becky insisted she loves seeing her daughter's character come out.
"[Being a mum] is definitely difficult, but it's just so amazing," she said. "They change so much and it's just incredible how she's only seven months old and she's crawling, goes to stand up and has such a personality coming out - it's just the best. She melts my heart everyday seeing her."
Not only is Summer changing as she grows up, but Rebecca admitted she has seen her own personality differ too.
"I've always been like, 'It'll be fine, just crack on,' especially with things I can't control, and now I worry constantly. It's definitely brought out that side of me that I didn't know I had... the maternal, softer side of me," Becky added.
"My world now totally revolves around [Summer]," she insisted. "Now I'm completely selfless and everything is for her."
Rebecca's latest comments on her baby girl come as she prepares to make her debut on Channel 4's The Jump.
She is heading out to Austria to compete against the likes of James 'Arg ' Argent, Louisa Lytton and Mark-Francis Vandelli on the slopes and not wanting to be without little Summer, Becky recently revealed she is taking her daughter overseas with her.
The GB athlete showed off her and Summer's snowsuits ahead of their trip to Austria and admitted she had never skied before prior to the show.
The Jump returns for its third series and will see some changes to the show this time round. For the first time the show will air weekly, instead of nightly, and all celebrities taking part will be living together.
Each week, as well as the sporting events, Davina McCall will be revealing what's been happening behind the scenes in training and delivering gossip from the celebs' luxury Austrian Mountain Schloss.
Here's hoping little Summer gets a cameo!
