Those rumours that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie-Pitt are adopting a seventh child appear to be, well, just rumours.

That's according to a Cambodian government official, anyway, who claims the famous couple haven't been in touch with them about adopting a new child from the country.

In a statement to local newspaper Phnom Penh Post, a spokesperson for the Inter-Country Adoption Administration said: "I saw the news of Facebook but actually it's just a rumour."

The rumour had claimed Brangelina wanted to adopt the young child after meeting her during a recent visit to Cambodia, where Angelina adopted their eldest son, Maddox, back in 2002 when he was seven months old.

Angelina and Brad have six children: they're also parents to sons Pax, 11, and Knox, seven, and daughters Zahara, ten, Shiloh, nine, and Vivienne, seven.

It was revealed last week that Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and Knox have all recorded voices for the upcoming Kung Fu Panda 3 - but rather than hearing them talk, we'll hear them make animal noises!

Ange told Entertainment Tonight: "They don't really want to be actors, but I didn't want them to miss the opportunity. They came in, and they had a lot of fun with it."
