Gaga picked up the gong for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture made for Television, for her role as The Countess in American Horror Story: Hotel. And she claimed, among a few tears, that this was:
"One of the greatest moments of my life."
Looking stunning in a black Versace gown and Brian Atwood heels, she could not have looked more like a Hollywood moviestar as she hit the Beverly Hilton Hotel red carpet at the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards.
In fact with her blonde hair coiffed into retro waves and her make-up all about sex-kitten eyes and nude lips, there was a definite air of Marilyn Monroe about her look.
Very classy indeed. And perfectly fitting for a Golden Globe winner.
Up against the likes of American Crime's Felicity Huffman, Fargo's Kristen Dunst, Flesh & Bone's Sarah Hay Bessie's Queen Latifah she should be extremely proud indeed.
Cue raucous applause from little monsters the world over!
