Gary 'Gaz' Beadle has revealed he was "looking for houses" and thought he was ready to settle before his relationship with Lillie Lexie Gregg ended. Oh, and he might be on Geordie Shore until he's 60!

For five years, Geordie Shore fans had watched Gaz dedicate himself to a life of partying at every opportunity and 'tashing on' with a lot of girls, so it came as a surprise when he ended up in a committed relationship with Lillie, who he reckoned was 'The One'.

In November last year, the pair split after over a year together, blaming their hectic careers for the breakdown of their relationship. So will we see Gary all loved up again anytime soon? Well, that all depends on how long Geordie Shore lasts...

In a video on his YouTube channel, Gaz reflected on his relationship and admitted that when it comes down to it, he's just "made to be single"!

"2015 was a totally new thing for me, I've had so many years of being single and banging birds, and I did want a new challenge, I thought Geordie Shore could be coming to an end so it was the best time to get into a relationship. I met a girl I liked and got into a relationship."

What it came down to was choosing between the girl, or the career, and Gaz's love for Geordie Shore took first place.

He admitted: "At one point I was looking for houses, I was thinking I was ready to settle down, but due to career things and Geordie Shore, which is going nowhere fast because everyone watches it... I think I've got a lot more to do on Geordie Shore.

"I don't want to leave just yet like others who have left. I started Geordie Shore and I want to be there at the end, whether I'm 30 or 60 I couldn't care."

Gaz went on to admit that deciding he wasn't in the right place to have a relationship was "one of the hardest things I've had to do" and added" "I wish Lillie all the best, she is wicked."

In 2016 though it sounds like we can expect Gaz to be back to his old tricks, and possibly continuing to hook up with Charlotte Crosby if his latest prediction is correct! Although there whirlwind romance is over, those two just can't seem to keep apart.

"When I'm single, I feel like me again. Just being able to do what I want, pull birds or go on nights out with the boys. I think I'm just made to be single."
