Considering her baby daughter Charlotte is just seven months old, we'd be a little surprised if the Duchess of Cambridge already had baby number three on the way, but that didn't stop rumours doing the rounds over in the US recently.
Many US reports revealed that Kate is expecting again and supposedly came clean about the news at Christmas. However, Kensington Palace are yet to share a baby announcement with Prince George's recent first day at nursery taking centre stage. Plus, a palace insider has insisted these latest pregnancy claims are not true.
People began to speculate the Royal family would be getting a new addition after an insider told Life & Style magazine that Kate was 'expecting'.
They claimed Kate is already two months along and is due to give birth in the summer, adding: "Kate and William have always wanted to have a large family, but they didn't think they would be expecting baby number three quite so soon."
Things were pretty quiet on the baby front here in the UK, so Kate's pregnancy would have been news to us. And proving the claims are all just a rumour, Gossip Cop shut down such speculation, insiting a palace insider had confirmed the reports are "not true".
This isn't the first time Kate has been at the centre of pregnancy rumours, as it was reported back in September/October last year that she was thought to be expecting again. Similarly, such reports were quickly shut down. Can you give the girl a break, already?
Kate has only really just settled into life as a family four, after welcoming Princess Charlotte in May last year. She is Kate and Prince William's second child, as the couple are also parents to Prince George, two.
A month ago, Kate and William shared a gorgeous new family photo with their little ones for us all to coo over, wishing the nation a Merry Christmas. In the professional shot, the doting mum and dad can be seeing beaming for the camera while George and Charlotte looked just as cute as ever.
