The Celebrity Big Brother presenter made an appearance on ITV's This Morning on Wednesday (6 January) to promote the latest series of the reality show.
Naturally there's a lot of excitement for the new round of CBB, which is already delivering gems from the likes of TOWIE's Gemma Collins, but when Emma sat down on the sofa, the topic of her baby joy almost stole the limelight!
The 39-year-old couldn't help but examine her growing bump during the interview, pulling her stripy jumper taut across her stomach.
Emma, who is expecting her third child with Busted member Matt Willis, revealed during the chat that her pregnancy hasn't all been smooth sailing, and admitted to feeling "horrific at first."
"It was pretty bad because you know how full on the auditions are," she said. "They were such long days and the only person who knew was my make-up artist. I would be trying to get a nap at any time I could. After about 16 weeks, I got through it and now I feel alright."
Emma said she'll be eight months by the time her next presenting role on The Voice live shows roll around, and joked she could give birth live on air, saying: "I might just make it or we may have a BBC baby!"
