After bonding in the jungle and even hosting their own radio show on Capital FM on Boxing Day, it seems like the duo have yet another trick up their sleeves.
Demonstrating their musical talents, the pals are going to write their very own song and George has complimented Ferne on her singing - he even compared her to legendary singer Amy Winehouse!
Talking to The Mirror, the 22-year-old explained: "Ferne has such a good voice. I want her to write a song with me. She's really got something, and it's going to be really cool to pull it out of her."
Discussing what type of song it will be, George teased: "Maybe it will be a love song. We will definitely be writing about our experiences."
The Union J star added: "She reminds me of Amy Winehouse – she has a similar voice, and she has similar characteristics."
Ferne, 25, admitted that it's not the first time she's been compared to the 'Valerie' singer. She explained: "Gemma Collins says I'm like Amy Winehouse, too. Maybe it's the nose."
Speaking about their future duet, the TOWIE babe said: "Everyone in the camp thought I was a good singer. I don't think I'm really that good. But me and George are going to sit down. He'll get the guitar out and we'll have a little jamming session."
Ferne and George had viewers gripped on this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! with their will they/won't they relationship.
Since exiting the jungle, the pair have kept fans guessing about their romance and George even admitted that they'd shared a cheeky kiss at Winter Wonderland.
But it seems like Ferne may have broken George's heart a bit (and ours!) as she revealed that despite having feelings for him on the show, she now only sees the X Factor contestant as a friend.
She explained: "Since coming back, wanting to be with him has passed. We get on amazingly, there is chemistry there. When I'm with him I want to cuddle him and be close to him. But when I'm away from him, I can easily switch off from that."
Ferne concluded: "We're lifelong friends."
Although we're gutted there will be no romance, we can't wait to hear what sort of music these two will create!
