Every year, axed candidates return to The Apprentice to aid the finalists with their last task. Last night, viewers watched as familiar faces returned, but two were notably absent.
Selina Waterman-Smith didn't make an appearance on the final show and neither did Scott. Now, Scott has lifted the lid on his absence revealing he wasn't given the opportunity to return.
Taking to Twitter last night as The Apprentice aired, Scott tweeted: "It's a shame I didn't get invited back tonight for the final but I understand and respect why. Good luck Vana & Joseph #TheApprentice.
His absence came after Scott shockingly quit the show before The Apprentice's famous interview stage.

Despite being on the winning team after the group's property market task, Scott chose to tell Lord Sugar he wanted to exit the process.
When his team was dismissed, Scott stayed in his seat and addressed Lord Sugar. He said: "I would like to quickly say thank you for the opportunity, but I would like to exit the process."
Visibly surprised, Lord Sugar told Scott he had made his job easier, but thanked him for putting himself forward for the show. Speaking in a taxi following his departure, Scott explained why he chose to go.
He said: "I left because Lord Sugar made a success of his business himself, so why do I need to go to him to go and get an investment? I truly stand by my decision, and he'll kick himself that he didn't look at me in a different light."
Despite show bosses not allowing him back after quitting, Scott made sure to pass on a message of good luck to Joseph Valente and Vana Koutsomitis, before congratulating Joseph on his win.
Sharing a photo of himself and his fellow candidate, Scott tweeted: "I am over the moon and so proud that @MrJosephValente won #TheApprentice Well deserved win my friend you are a G."
Lord Sugar decided to hire Joseph and invest in his plumbing business over Vana and her dating app, Date Play.
Revealing the news, Lord Sugar said: "I love technology, that's what I've done all of my business life. And you know, old habits die hard. Technology has been my best friend for over 50 years… but maybe it's time to make new friends. And so…Joseph… You are going to be my new business partner."
