The reality TV star was cheering on her pal and co-star Ferne McCann in the Australian jungle last month, but Lydia won't be following in her footsteps.
"I am scared of everything," Lydia told the Daily Star. "I am scared of snakes and rats and heights. I'm not an adrenalin junkie. For me, I just like being safe.
"Someone will get excited about doing a bungee jump and I just think why would you want to put your life at risk? Stay on the ground."
While Lydia isn't so keen on a stint in the jungle Down Under, her co-star Pete Wicks is most definitely up for it.
With fans tweeting for the handsome reality star to get signed up for next year's show, Pete told Reveal: "I'd love to do I'm A Celebrity one day. I think it'd be a great experience. It's flattering that people were saying that."
In the most recent series, Ferne overcame her fears in the jungle as she was surrounded by 40 snakes in the terrifying Panic Pit Bushtucker Trial, which saw a massive python slither over her face and wrap itself around her neck.
Ferne finished up in third place on the show and Union J singer George Shelley was runner-up, leaving former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.
