Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has admitted she wouldn't have been able to take part in I'm A Celebrity before her weight loss.

Vicky, who has dropped five dresses after the last year or so, was spurred to get into shape after seeing unflattering bikini pictures of herself. Embarking on her own get fit mission, Vicks completely overhauled her lifestyle to embrace a strict training regime and a cleaner and healthier diet.

Looking back, the 28-year-old admits if she hadn't had changed her unhealthy habits, she wouldn't have been able to part in I'm A Celeb, as it would have been too physically demanding.

Opening up to The Sun, the reality star confessed: "I don't think I would have done the jungle when I was bigger. I couldn't have done the challenges and fit through the tubes."

"You have to be physically fit and strong for those challenges," she added. "It is demanding. If you are bigger, you can't do it."

After losing the weight, Vicky shared her fitness secrets with fans, releasing her own DVD, Vicky Pattison's 7 Day Slim.

Admitting her new regime won her back her confidence, Vicky told the paper: "I was drinking all the time and would follow a night out with fry ups and McDonald's. My clothes were getting tighter, but I didn't have the time or willpower to do anything about it.

"I kidded myself I was fine and lived in leggings, baggy tees and oversized jumper... Everything changed when I lost weight. I changed and I got my confidence back."

Vicky's latest comments come after she was crowned Queen of the jungle, beating runner up George Shelley to win I'm A Celebrity 2015.

Following her win, the reality star told Ant and Dec she never expected it. She gushed: "I didn't expect to win but I'm overwhelmed. It was everything and more. It was the best experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it and threw myself into the whole experience and loved it."

It has been rumoured Vicky could earn a whopping £1 million, thanks to her I'm A Celeb success and she has been tipped to bag herself a presenting job too.

"She's been approached for several presenting jobs, including two with ITV, plus beauty endorsements and another reality series," a source recently revealed. "The deals Vicky's been offered since being in the I'm A Celebrity camp are set to take her 2016 earnings well into seven figures."
