Earlier today, it was confirmed that Nanny Pat (real name Patricia Brooker) had died aged 80, following a short illness.
Since news of her death broke, her TOWIE co-stars and fans have shared their condolences on social media, with Lydia taking to Instagram recently to do the same.
Lydia shared a photo of herself at Nanny Pat's 80th birthday party last month, posing alongside her co-star's name that had been spelt out in huge, illuminous letters.
Alongside her photo, she wrote: "RIP Nanny Pat. You will always be remembered as the ultimate reality queen. Always at the heart of TOWIE, your memory will always shine bright."
She wasn't the only Essex favourite to share her tribute, with Danielle Armstrong also commenting.
Danni said: "Our Queen Of Essex And Everyones Nan. We will always love you and you will be truly missed. My heart and thoughts go out to the Wrights & Brookers R.I.P Nanny Pat x."
Their comments come after a rep for the Wrights shared a statement on behalf of the Wright and Brooker family.
It read: "Sadly our amazing, courageous and beautiful Nanny Pat passed away this morning after a short illness. We are overwhelmed by sadness, and the whole family ask for privacy at this horrible time."
Following the news, Nanny Pat's grandchildren Mark and Jessica Wright have both taken to Twitter to thank everyone for their support and to remember their nan.
Mark tweeted: "My heart is broken but so overwhelmed by your support. To know good ole Nanny was loved by so many is the best feeling in the world Thank you."
Jess, meanwhile, gushed that Nanny Pat was "so, so loved" by all. Taking to her own Twitter account, she said: "Heartbroken does not even come close to how my family & I are feeling. Thank you so much for your support my Nan was so loved, an angel."
