According to The Sun, Jake has said he would like to go head-to-head with the Chelsea boy in the ring next year - as long as he doesn't turn to steroids again.
Last month, Spencer was forced to leave the jungle after admitting he had been taken a steroids-based medication.
He had been using the pills to prepare for a boxing match that in the end didn't take place, and Spencer didn't have enough time to gradually come off them before heading to Australia to enter the jungle.
Despite entering camp as a late arrival alongside Ferne McCann and Vicky Pattison, it was later revealed Spencer had made an early exit just two days in.
The reality star later confessed why, admitting in an honest statement: "My admission to the production team that I was still taking these pills led to the conclusion that it would be unsafe for me to stay in the jungle - a decision which I found extremely hard to stomach."
He went onto say he regretted taking them in the first place and apologised to his family, friends and fans. Spencer later insisted leaving the show hadn't been his call and he would have loved to have stayed.
Reports have since suggested that Spencer has been told to go to rehab to tackle his steroid addiction and now, Jake has said if he manages to overcome it, he will happily take on Spencer in a boxing match next year.
Jake said: "I think he has some balls to come clean. As soon as he gets himself off that toxic stuff, I'd love to organise a charity boxing match with him."
