Katie, 37, is currently starring as wicked witch Malevolence in Sleeping Beauty and poked fun at her infamous relationship history while on stage.
After Sleeping Beauty agreed to marry her Prince Charming, Katie asked the audience at Woking's New Victoria Theatre in Surrey if anyone wanted to marry her.
Comical co-star Chester The Jester, played by Alan Committie, then turned to the baying crowd, asking: "Is there anyone left? Hands up!"
Katie - who married third husband Kieran Hayler in January 2013 - added: "I'm good at weddings...and divorces..."
Despite banking millions from her modelling days and subsequent businesses, Katie is most famous for her string of high profile relationships.
In 2005, she wed Australian pop star Peter Andre, after meeting him during her first of two stints on ITV1's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!. The couple had two children together, Junior and Princess, but split in full glare of the public in 2009.
Almost one year after the breakdown of her first marriage, Katie tied the knot with cage fighter Alex Reid in Las Vegas. However, things soon turned sour and they had separated within 11 months.
She has since had another two children with Kieran - Jett and Bunny - but their three-year marriage has already been put under intense strain.
In May 2014, Katie discovered Kieran had slept with her best friend and made her feelings about what he had done known on Twitter. But the former glamour model, who is also mum to son Harvey, vowed to stand by him, later telling fans her hubby was being treated for a 'sex addiction'.
Just two months ago, Katie spoke out again about her third and initially rocky marriage, explaining that Kieran "has gone from boy to man" in two years.
Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous magazine, she said: "Other people think Kieran is a cheat and a liar but I don't care what they think. I'm the harshest judge and I know how much he has changed. In the past two years he's gone from boy to a man. I trust him 100 per cent."
Katie stars as Malevolence in Sleeping Beauty until 27 December. Former EastEnders star Anita Dobson takes over the role the following night until 10 January.
