Georgia Penna (née Salpa) has received a beautiful Christmas present in the form of newborn twin sons.
The former Celebrity Big Brother announced the arrival of her children via Twitter, saying that she and husband Joe Penna wanted to raise the boys away from the spotlight.
Georgia's happy news came as a surprise for some fans as they hadn't seen her with a baby bump. She told fans the babies had not been adopted but declined to give any further detail.
She said: "Delighted with the arrival of twin boys, the most special, perfect little babies and we are so in love with them. They are NOT adopted. I won't be posting any photos of them on social media as I'd like to keep them private.
"We're very, very happy – but will be even happier if the papers, which have been so good to me, respect our family's privacy at this very special time!"
Among those offering congratulations were MIC star Nicola Hughes and TOWIE's Lewis Bloor.
Georgia married millionaire businessman Joe in Italy back in May, saying at the time: "Truly the most magical, romantic, perfect weekend. We couldn't have wished for a more amazing wedding. It was a fairytale an din every way a dream come true!"
Irish model Georgia, 30, became a household name in the UK when she appeared on the ninth series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2012. That was the series won by Denise Welch.
Congrats to Georgia and Joe!
