Romance may not be on the cards for Pete Wicks and Jessica Wright, but he certainly knows what to look for in a woman...

We spoke to the reality star, who was crowned Hottest Male in Reveal's TOWIE Awards, about the type of woman he goes for.

TOWIE's Pete talks to Jess about their romance.
28 October 2015.

Ladies, take note!

"Feisty, ambitious, she's got to have her own life, her own thing, she's got to want to do stuff herself," Pete tells Reveal. "And drive too, there's nothing sexier than a bird with a bit of ambition."

And what about age? "I generally prefer older than younger," he admits.

Pete joined the ITVBe reality show in June this year for the show's 15th series. It's fair to say that Pete has been lusted after by many of his female fans, but how does he feel about all of the attention?

"Everyone loves an ego boost, don't they? I don't take a lot of it seriously though."

However, Pete reckons finding romance will be harder for him now that he's on TV.

"It'd be harder for me now to meet someone genuinely than before I was on the show," he says. "I think a lot of the time it's nothing to really do with me, it's more to do with the show."

Well, we think Bobby Norris may have a plan for that because he has personally offered to set Pete up on some dates!

Bobby is offering to play matchmaker with Pete and his ideal woman!

Matchmaker Bobby says: "Ladies reading Reveal, if you fancy Pete and you want to take him out and you want to wine and dine him, then get in touch, tweet me @BobbyCNorris and I'll try and hook you up and get me ol' Cilla Black on. And if you've got any gay brothers, definitely tweet me!"

Well, there you have it ladies, you know what to do!

Having been involved in two series of the ITVBe reality show, how is Pete finding life in the limelight?

"Nutty," he admits. "It's completely different to what I was doing before and I still get embarrassed. I get embarrassed with that sort of stuff. A private life's a happy life as far as I was concerned but you don't really get that option now. It's just mental but it's nice though. Touch wood, I haven't had any stick yet."

The Only Way Is Essexmas airs Wednesday 16 December at 10pm on ITVBe.
