The pair fell out in a major way towards the end of the last series, when Lewis dropped a major bombshell that he had kissed Jess, the same night as her vineyard date with Pete.
It didn't go down well at all, with a raging Pete hearing the shock revelation during a night out at the dogs.
As Lewis revealed all to a fuming Pete, us here at Reveal, and many TOWIE fans, could hear the sound of Pete's neck click as he leaned his head to one side.
Speaking to Pete about that very moment, he tells us: "Lewis is bad for my health and bad for my neck! I'd rather keep my head on my shoulders rather than keep on breaking my neck over it."
We ask Pete if he's spoken to Lewis since their showdown at Jess' flat, and he simply tells us, "No".
But could Pete be back on speaking terms with Lewis in the future?
"No, not really," he admits. "A lot of people are still friends with Lewis, which is fine, I wouldn't want to make it awkward for other people because that's not fair. So I'm not going to make it awkward for other people but I don't trust him. We ain't pals."
The Only Way Is Essexmas airs Wednesday 16 December at 10pm on ITVBe.
