Tweed hasn't got the most stylish reputation, but it might be worth rethinking the fabric if this gorgeous look is anything to go by. Rita proved tweed can actually look ever-so-chic when she stepped out in a pretty tailored two-piece on Sunday night (13 December).
The eye-catching Chanel suit was a fun twist on the traditional muted tones often associated with the style, her lilac skirt and jacket had a contrasting light blue trim which ensured Rita did was she does best - stand out from the crowd!
Although you might usually associate suits with demure office-wear or important meetings, choosing a bright hue can instantly transform a two-piece into perfect party wear, so take inspiration from the ever-stylish Rita and team with heels and a glam hair and make-up look.
Reets left her blonde locks in relaxed, beachy waves and added a slick of shimmering, metallic eyeshadow for a futuristic feel. To add a bit of quirkiness to the ensemble Rita co-ordinated her suit with a statement purple watch too!
We're used to seeing the singer trial daring trends and giving us a first glimpse at new beauty trends, last night there was even more reason for Rita to steal the show - because she quite literally did! The first time X Factor judge mentored the 2015 winner Louisa Johnson to victory, and she was obviously delighted with the win.
The 'Body On Me' singer shared her pride with fans on social media, saying: "Congratulations Lou Lou. As a new Judge to walk out with the winner feels incredible thank you to everyone who voted and all of the finalists!"
