News of a UK tour has been doing the rounds for some time, but now the superstar has finally confirmed that she will indeed be hitting the road next year.
Mariah revealed news of her tour in a chat with Ross King on ITV's Lorraine.
She said: "This is for my die-hard fans. I'm going on tour, European tour starting in your [Ross King's] home, Glasgow. We'll be starting [at the] top of March and the name of the tour is 'Sweet Sweet Fantasy' tour. I wanted to give people some nostalgia, so that's from my song 'Fantasy' obviously.
"They can expect lots of songs that hopefully I'm going to research what songs were big in what territories and have those songs especially for those fans. And you know a really good show, I'm trying to put on a show that people will enjoy and be close to the fans and relate to them...not everybody is so close to their fans. I have a very special relationship with my fans, so I'm looking forward to it!"
After touring the UK, Mariah will continue onto Luxembourg, Belgium and mainland Europe.
Mariah added in a statement: "Lambily, it's been too long!! I'm so excited to be coming to Europe to perform for you all. I promise we're going to share the most amazing moments together and I have so many surprises in store for you daahhlings!"
This is Mariah's first European tour in 13 years! Seriously, we are so excited!
