The TOWIE star looked gorgeous as she attended a photocall for Core charity's new Feeling Drained Explained campaign, supported by Vifor Pharma UK, at Victoria Station in London on Friday morning (11 December).
Ferne, 25, oozed glamour in a wraparound olive dress and black strappy shoes, teamed with that amazing jungle tan and perfect hair and make-up courtesy of celebrity make-up artist and hair stylist Lyndsey Harrison.
Speaking at today's Feeling Drained Explained launch, she said: "I know from experience what can happen when your iron levels are low, and it isn't fun. It's really important more people realise the potentially serious impact that iron deficiency anaemia can have on your health and know what to look out for."
The most common cause of IDA in women is heavy menstrual cycles but other causes can include pregnancy, lack of iron in your diet, inflammation and malabsorption. Between March 2014 and 2015 there were more than 17,000 emergency hospital admissions due to IDA.
Symptoms include fatigue, concentration problems, fainting, dizziness, shortness of breath and a fast heartbeat.
Ferne was diagnosed with IDA earlier this year after collapsing at the gym when she left the jacuzzi. She was taken to hospital for tests which revealed she had very low iron levels, so she was put on a course of iron supplements.
The Essex star returned to the UK on Wednesday after a month in Australia where she finished in third place on the latest series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
