The show's host appeared on ITV's Lorraine today to chat about this weekend's finale at Wembley where either Louisa Johnson, Che Chesterman or Reggie 'n' Bollie will scoop that recording contract prize.
"I know them now as people rather than contestants, and I'm still a viewer so I'll watch it from a viewers point of view and think 'oh they're good'. But now they're people, they're friends now. So all three of them deserve to be there," she said.
Caroline admitted she was sad to see Lauren Murray head home last week: "I was actually gutted for Lauren as well because I thought Lauren was amazing, but these three really deserve to be in the final.
"There's something about Reggie 'N' Bollie when they get on that stage. It's the audience that change, they bring so much light to the audience and I think when they're at Wembley, it's going to go off everybody!
"Louisa is just an extreme talent, she's a beautiful girl and she's so sweet. And I could listen to Che sing for the rest of my life. I mean I keep saying 'Che sing me this song, sing me a song, sing me a little song!'"
This weekend's finale is set to be a massive extravaganza as Simon Cowell has roped in guest performances from Adele, One Direction and Coldplay, as well as past contestants Fleur East, Little Mix, Ben Haenow and Leona Lewis.
We can't wait!
