Earlier this week, Louisa was forced to pull out of a performance in Liverpool after being put on voice rest.
Unable to sing or speak much, Louisa told fans she wanted her voice to be "perfect" for the competition, but it left some concerned about her condition ahead of Saturday's all important final.
But, speaking at the X Factor red carpet event at Hilton London Wembley, Louisa told Reveal that she is "ready" for what will be the biggest night of her life.
Louisa said: "I don't know where this 'I'm not gonna make it to the finals' has come from because I'm not gonna not make it! I'm so ready to perform. Yes I've got a sore throat but it'll be gone by the weekend."
Speaking about being the current bookies' favourite, Louisa gave a humble response: "To be honest, I think it's amazing and I'm really grateful that people think that of me, but I don't like to focus on it. I just want to focus on my performances and get better each week.
"Thinking that I'm the favourite isn't going to get me to win it. I just like to focus on me really."
Louisa is being mentored on the show by Rita Ora. This weekend she will compete in the final alongside Che Chesterman and Reggie 'N' Bollie.
