She may have wow'ed in the semi-finals with her vocals, but Louisa has left fans concerned after revealing she has had to pull out of a show and be put on voice rest ahead of X Factor's final on Saturday night (12 December).
Unable to sing or speak for the next few days, Louisa told fans she wants her voice to be "perfect" for the competition.
Taking to Twitter earlier today, Louisa apologised for pulling out of her performance that was scheduled for later tonight.
She tweeted: "So sorry that [I'm] missing tonight in Liverpool! Need to be on strict voice rest ahead of the biggest week of my life."
Proving that she wants to do all it takes to bag the X Factor title, Louisa then added: "It needs to be perfect."

According to reports, Louisa has been left unwell and is currently bed bound, with show bosses concerned she could be forced to pull out of the final as a result.
A source told The Metro: "Unfortunately Louisa is unwell and we have been advised by doctors that she currently needs to be on bed and voice rest ahead of this weekend's final."
This isn't the first time Louisa has suffered with illness, as just ahead of the semi-finals there were fears she would have been too unwell to perform.
However, Louisa hit back at such claims, insisting she wasn't ill, her voice just wasn't up to scratch for her previous performance on The X Factor.
She tweeted: "I have no illness. My voice just wasn't at its peak this week. Semi finals lets get it."
On Saturday, Louisa will go head-to-head with Reggie 'N' Bollie and Che Chesterman in the final three. Che narrowly avoided being sent home last week, after he found himself in the sing off against Lauren Murray.
After the judging panel took the vote to deadlock, Che was saved as Lauren had received the fewest public votes.
Following the result, Simon said on The Xtra Factor: "I could have made an argument for both of them. Che was better on the night but I took into account how much I liked [Lauren], basically, and I thought the fairest thing was to see who the public put through.
"Whatever happens, it will be a great final and all three have a shot of winning this. I'm delighted. I think they all deserve their spot in there."
