It's the part of her trial that had everyone talking and we still can't quite believe that Ferne managed to eat a live spider to win herself, George Shelley and Vicky Pattison their main meals for their final dinner together.
Opening up about the experience on Good Morning Britain earlier today, Ferne revealed: "It was horrendous."
It was horrendous to watch, let alone eat!
She said: "It was the most awful thing ever. It was alive. It was a huge, giant spider."
Given the chance to refuse to do it, Ferne (even if she had wanted to) powered on through and won over viewers with her go-girl attitude.
Insisting that choosing not to go through with eating the spider was just not an option, Ferne explained: "I didn't have to do it, but from the beginning I said I'm not going to quit. I'm going to give it my best.
"It was my last Bushtucker trial so I just thought I've got to give it my best shot," she said. "I had to eat it. There was no question about it."
As part of the eating trial, Ferne also had to chow down on bull's penis and a witchetty grub and while her efforts won over most of the viewers and her fellow celebrities, not everyone was impressed.
In fact, some viewers have complained about the spider being eaten, with OFCOM receiving more than 500 complaints.
500 also voiced their issues directly to ITV and they have said in response: "I'm a Celebrity complies with all regional and international laws concerning the use of insects in the eating trials, which have become a well-established part of the show over the past 15 years."
Ferne's comments about the trial comes after viewers watched her finish in third place on I'm A Celebrity.
Union J star George came in second, with Geordie Shore star Vicky being crowned the new Queen of the jungle.
Speaking about Vicky's win Ferne has said she is proud of her new bestie for coming out on top and isn't fussed that she didn't win instead. She said: "I never expected to be in the final, so to be in the final with these two, they were my best, best friends in there... I wasn't bothered about winning."
Ferne also addressed rumours of a romance between herself and George, insisting they are just friends despite their constant hand holding and onscreen flirting.
"With these kind of shows, everyone is looking for a romance and as George says it's always heightened and everything becomes exaggerated," she explained. "We're just good friends."
