Despite fears she'd need a C-section because her baby was breech, Kim was able to give birth naturally says Hollywood Life.
On Saturday (5 December), Kim announced she and husband Kanye West had welcomed their second child, a baby boy, with the message: "He's here!"
In a statement on her official website, the reality star wrote: "Kanye and I welcome our baby boy!"
It added that: "Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Mother and son are doing well."
While the couple haven't confirmed any other details, including the name as yet, reports say that Kim got her wish when the baby was born without the need for surgery.
"Kim is absolutely overjoyed with the birth of her perfect baby boy," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "She gave birth naturally, her preferred way, and she must be a pro because this time around Kim felt it was a lot easier giving birth."
The magazine also reports that the child's middle name will be Robert, after Kim's late dad.
Last week, reality star Kim - who has admitted she doesn't enjoy pregnancy - revealed she'd undergone a procedure to turn her baby around from breech position.
She announced on her website that the procedure hurt more than giving birth, but luckily it was a success.
Kimye are already parents to daughter North, two, who was born in June 2013.
Meanwhile, sisters Kourtney and Khloe have been to visit their new nephew in hospital.

While mum-of-three Kourtney simply posted a blue heart emoticon alongside the words: "Baby's breath."
