Their campmates certainly think so!
Ahead of her arrival in camp, Ferne had said she fancies George and getting to know him, the pair have got pretty close. Yesterday, the cute duo acted out their first date in camp and witnessing their flirty antics, Kieron Dyer predicted Ferne and George are bound to get together following the show.
Everyone had thought George and Jorgie Porter were going to be this year's I'm A Celebrity romance<, but after it was revealed Jorgie is actually dating England rugby star Luther Burrell, Ferne may have caught the Union J singer's eye instead.
Last night, viewers watched as Kieron called Ferne and George out on their budding romance.
Ferne had been giving George a hand massage when she asked him to pretend they were on their first date. Although, Kieron wasn't impressed with the pair's attempts to flirt - especially when conversation turned to bowel movements! - and told the pair: "Your conversation skills are horrendous."
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, the retired footballer added: "I was listening to Ferne and George on their first date, the banter was horrific. George come on you're a man, up your game... Ferne and George always flirt with each other, I'm seeing signs of her blushing so maybe she does have a secret crush on him."
Well, she has said she thinks he's "really fit".
Speaking about her friendship with George, Ferne said: "It's so nice and we are very similar. [George] plays along with my silly games. You have to kill your boredom in here and pass the time."
Following their first date, Kieron later asked the pair how they had got on, quizzing Ferne and George on whether they will have another date on the outside.
"Are you not going on a proper first date when you get out in the real world?" He asked. "It's lovely, you look sweet!"
When Ferne played down their relationship as just friendship, Kieron then predicted she and George would kiss before their time in the jungle is up.
Ferne had told her campmate "it wasn't like that", but Kieron continued to tease her. He said: "Then why do you keep going to the dunny together, to have a sneaky kiss?"
In the end, the TOWIE star seemed to give in and joked: "You'll all be invited to the wedding, girls make sure you buy a hat."
