Dragons' Den star Duncan had to leave the jungle after receiving the fewest votes alongside his jungle buddy, Tony Hadley.
Speaking to Ant and Dec in a post exit interview, Duncan admitted he was "surprised" he had lasted this long, thinking he was going to leave a week ago.
Lady C left the jungle on medical grounds earlier this week and she has since accused Duncan and Tony of bullying her in camp.
When asked about their clash, Duncan said: "She's not a lady... She would start calling you names and it was unforgivable. Tony would always react when she said something to him, but she started calling Tony's children who's she's never met, so she's very very personal. Not a nice person."
Duncan said the camp is now "very happy" since her departure, adding: "I think my life is better not having her in it, so I won't see her again, no."
Talking about Tony and Jorgie Porter's refusal to be bellboy and chambermaid to Lady C, Kieron Dyer and Chris Eubank, Duncan said: "It was a group decision but if they had done it, [it would have got rid of a lot of tension]. So now looking back, maybe they should have done it. I don't know. Tony didn't want to do it; but if I was asked, I might have done it. But Jorgie was very tired as well, it had been a long day."
And, when asked about Vicky Pattison's jungle crush on him, a surprised Duncan said: "It is very very flattering. I didn't expect that."
After walking the bridge and being greeted by photographers, Duncan reunited with his girlfriend Nigora Whitehorn.
