Doesn't seem like *that* big a deal, right? But when Charlotte thought she was getting a coffee date out of her former flame, seeing her bestie win lunch with him instead must have been a little bit gutting.
And wanting to rub salt in the wound just a little, Gaz teased: "Don't get jealous."
A little cheeky, no?
Taking to Twitter, Gaz shared a selfie with Holly while they enjoyed a lunch date at Nandos - oh, he sure knows how to spoil us ladies.
But rather then tell his followers he and Holly were dining together, there was only one person that Gary wanted to see his snap... Charlotte, of course. Tagging her directly, Gaz said: ".. @Charlottegshore don't get jealous... Just playing the field... Lunch date with @hollygshore."
His tweet comes after Gary sent fans into a frenzy by asking Charlotte out for a coffee publicly on Twitter. She instantly reacted like it was a date (rehashing her and Gary's date song from series nine) and that's all it took for the legion of 'Chaz forever' fans to reawaken their hopes of the pair finally getting together.
Reacting to his lunch with Holly, Charlotte tweeted: "@GazGShore @HollyGShore lmao she's gotten further then we ever will LOL."
A coffee is just not good enough, Gaz!
@GazGShore we're going on a date we're going on a date it's gunna be really great it's gunna be really great— Charlotte Crosby (@Charlottegshore) November 28, 2015
We reckon Gary was spoiling his long-term pal Holly in a bid to lift her spirits after her recent break-up with Kyle Christie.
Despite getting back together after their turbulent trip to Greece, Holly recently revealed she and Kyle have split again and are no longer talking.
Her bombshell came just days before Kyle announced he had quit Geordie Shore due to his grandfather falling ill.
He told fans he had to put his family first, but, no doubt, upset Holly in the process after claiming she thinks Geordie Shore is more important that him.
Explaining he pulled out of series 12 to look after his family, Kyle claimed Holly was going to do the same to offer her support, but later decided to continue with the show.
He said: "[Holly] wasn't going to do [series 12] because of my family and personal reasons, my grandfather is like her's, but then at the last minute she decided she needed to do it."
"I was in touch with Holly a little bit, but she rarely got in touch," he added. "At this time the show is more important to her than me."
On hearing his comments, Holly took to Twitter to tell fans she was "deeply hurt".
Sounds like a pick me up was well in order!
Luckily for Holly, Charlotte won't hold her lunch date with Gaz against her, as she is happily loved-up with new beau Max Morley.
Char has been dating the Love Island star for over a month now and recently gushed she was "incredibly lucky" to have him.
Max, meanwhile, has shrugged off any competition from Char's ex Gary, telling Reveal exclusively he "isn't bothered".
