And she wasn't the only one!
In a real tear-jerking segment of the show, viewers watched as nearly all the campmates couldn't help but have a little cry after hearing from their loved ones.
Following the constant rowing in camp between Lady Colin Campbell, Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne, plus the shock departure of Lady C from the jungle, the mood in camp had hit a real low.
Retired footballer Kieron Dyer seemed to feel the strain hardest, telling his campmates it had been his "worst day" ever since arriving in Oz. Tired, hungry and itching to get their hands on their home comforts, the camp were lifted by Ferne McCann's success in the Panic Pit Bushtucker trial (that was truly terrifying, right?), but it was getting their letters from home that really put a smile on their faces.
So far it seems like nothing has phased Vicky in the jungle and despite being covered in jungle critters, she's still kept upbeat. However, a penned note from her mum was enough to turn the former Geordie Shore star into a blubbering wreck.
Vicky's mum told her she was proud the starlet was facing her fears and joked the natural look (sans make-up and perfectly styled locks) was her best look yet. Reflecting on her note, Vicky broke down.
Appearing in the Bush Telegraph, she confessed: "All my life I have been wondering if I've done enough, if I'm making my family proud because I don't think I've done an awful lot of that in my life so far."
Union J star George Shelley couldn't hold back the tears as his dad joked he had failed at being a father, and would have to teach him how to put a bra back on a woman (after that Susannah Constantine fail) when he returned home.
Duncan's girlfriend Nigora gushed her relationship with the Dragon's Den star was "destiny", after telling him how much she misses him. Tony's wife and daughters said they were so proud of him, Jorgie's mum told her to embrace everything and be herself, while Kieron's wife revealed everyone has been complimenting on how lovely her husband her is and his children have been telling their school friends all about him.
TOWIE star Ferne McCann was the last to have her letter read out to her. It was from her mum and she said she was proud beyond words of Ferne and was glad everyone was finally getting to see a different side to her.
Last night, there was no eviction due to Lady C leaving the camp earlier that day. She was removed due to medical grounds, but later accused Duncan and Tony of bullying her, forcing her to leave.
Reps for both Duncan and Tony have denied such claims.
