ITV announced that Lady C had left the jungle today on medical grounds. Her agent has since spoken on her behalf, saying Lady C's medical condition was made worse by the "bullying" she received in camp.
Her agent Mike Hollingsworth said on This Morning: "She's left because of a medical condition. I know she suffered a fall in the jungle camp and because of that viewers have seen she has been using a special chair to sit on. That's clearly got a bit worse.
"She is sad to be out, but the medical condition might have been exacerbated a bit by a bit of bullying she thinks she has received by two campmates in particular."
Lady C was a controversial campmate in the jungle. Although providing entertainment she split opinions after being embroiled in a number of conflicts with her campmates where insults were fired back and forth.
The 66-year-old had arguments with Brian Friedman, Yvette Fielding, Duncan Bannatyne and Tony Hadley, but in her last few days in camp she refused to acknowledge Duncan and Tony after constantly clashing with them.
As a result of Lady C's departure, tonight's public vote has been cancelled.
