The boxing legend - and his backward walking - was given the boot from the jungle on Tuesday night (1 December) after receiving the fewest number of votes to save from the public.
Chris said on Get Me Out Of Here NOW!: "I was ready to stay there until the end. It was all fun and far more than I expected. It was so enlightening. A lot of firsts for me. The first time I had crocodile meat, went camping, played Scrabble, went to Australia, played the greatest game on earth."
The star also spoke warmly about controversial Lady C - who was forced to leave the camp last night on medical grounds. That will be shown in tonight's episode.
"She's a mother figure and in every family there's a mother figure and they are to be respected and looked up to in spite of how staunch they may be," said Chris.
"The truth is Lady C can take care of herself. Where I was concerned, I was thinking more the heavy duty stuff, anything to do with her stepping. She is fragile so I was looking after that aspect. Where looking after herself intellectually is concerned, no one can bully her."
