Megan, who shot to fame on the third series of MTV's Ex On The Beach, is hoping to crack the music biz and it seems she has been singing for some time now.
In fact, she and her friend teamed up as a duo, Harmony, and auditioned in front of music mogul Simon, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan on the ITV talent competition back in 2009 - the same year Susan Boyle and Diversity made the final. Hoping to win a spot at the Royal Variety Performance, a baby-faced Megan and her pal, Demi, performed their rendition of the musical Wicked's 'What Is This Feeling?'.
While Simon wasn't too keen on the girls' tutus and their neon attire or the song, for that matter, he did eventually admit he liked them. Hurrah!
Amanda, meanwhile, seemed super keen about Megan and Demi, telling Simon the Wicked track was a "great song". When he asked her to calm down, she hit back: "I can't calm down when I feel passionate about talent and them.
Piers told the girls they "made him smile" before Simon revealed they had bagged themselves a yes from all three judges.
Not a bad effort, eh!
Megan Britain's Got Talent audition resurfacing comes after she teased she would be releasing music "very soon".
Hoping to now focus on her singing, in her bid to become the next popstar, Megan sought out the advice of Simon to kickstart her career. We had wondered how she knew the 55-year-old, but after seeing her BGT tape, it's beginning to make sense...
He told her not to go down the route of being a country artist, despite country music being what Megan loves to sing. Instead, Simon thinks the reality star should focus on a more pop-like sound.
A source told The Daily Star: ""She loves singing country music but Simon Cowell told her that as she's from Essex nobody would take her seriously singing country, so she's just refining her sound."
We can't wait to hear what she comes up with!
