Former glamour model Katie appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain, where she gave host Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan an update on her son's progress.
On Monday, Katie's fans sent their well wishes after she shared images of Harvey in hospital wearing a hospital gown while standing in a ward.
Katie called Harvey "my brave boy", and last night she tweeted: "Looks like it's going to be another long night in hospital with Harvey to then get up early to do @GMB."
Mum-of-five Katie kept the winter chill at bay by wrapping up warm in a black and white printed poncho and knee-high boots as she arrived at the ITV studios today.
"I'm knackered," she said on GMB. "It was every two hours last night doing his blood. He'll be out today, we've been in there three days.
Katie said it was a "routine" hospital visit and assured Piers and Susannah that Harvey was doing "okay".
Harvey has been in hospital many times over the years due to conditions he was born with, which includes visual impairment, autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Earlier this year Katie explained on This Morning that Harvey takes medication five to six times a day because his life depends on it, as well as a hormone injection every night.
