The popstars cosied up together backstage, proving that their rift, dating back to some nine years ago, is well and truly forgotten about.
Cheryl and Lily happily posed for photos together at the Coliseum on Monday as they celebrated the best in British fashion. While Lily put her arms round Cheryl, the Girls Aloud star posed with her tongue stuck out towards the camera.
Their feud apparently started in 2006 over the B-side of Lily's single 'Smile', which included the lyrics: "I wish my life was a little less seedy / Why am I always so greedy? / Wish I looked just like Cheryl Tweedy". Lilly later revealed she was not being complimentary about Cheryl.
Cheryl then hit back calling Lily a "chick with a d**k" while appearing on Gordon Ramsay's The F Word.
Then, Lily slammed Cheryl's singing abilities in an open letter published on her My Space page. It read: "Cheryl, if you're reading this, I may not be as pretty as you but at least I write and SING my own songs without the aid of auto tune.
"I must say taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying, your mother must be so proud, stupid b****."
Last year, Lily said she regretted her feud with Cheryl. She told Q Magazine: "I wish that whole thing hadn't happened. I like Cheryl. She's good on The X Factor, she's pretty and she's got balls. I like women who do well."
