Chris - who was mentored by Gary Barlow on The X Factor in 2012 - unveiled his new face today as he appeared on ITV's Loose Women.
Chris explained that he wanted surgery after being "bullied by online trolls" about his looks, which left him with low self-esteem.
Chris recently went to Poland to correct his previous nose surgery, which he said has now left him feeling "great"
Chris told the panel: "I had upper eyelids, porcelain veneers, three hair transplants, four nose jobs - the three I had done, they weren't done correctly, so I went to Poland and they corrected it for me. I'm fantastic, I feel on top of the world."
Chris came in third place on The X Factor three years ago, and said he didn't know how to handle being catapulted into the limelight.
"Social media is fantastic and it's a great tool, but before The X Factor I was plucked from obscurity and put on national television." he explained. "I had a breakdown at that point. The online trolls, you can't help but take that on board."
Chris told Liverpool Echo that he paid for the surgery by gigging and got the rest for free through doing promotional work.
Chris, who runs the Christopher Maloney Theatre and Arts Academy for young performers in Liverpool, is currently planning his wedding to boyfriend Gary Doran. He's planning to release new music early next year.
