Speaking on the ITV2 spin-off show on Wednesday night (18 November), Gemma said her friend and TOWIE star Ferne will probably want to get to the bottom of Vicky's past with Ferne's ex Charlie Sims.
This dates back to August 2013, when Vicky was rumoured to have been spotted on a date with Charlie, and Ferne later accusing Vicky of sleeping with him.
"When Ferne gets a little bit bored she's gonna want to know what happened between her [Vicky] and Charlie," said Gemma. "Apparently Vicky and Charlie got it on behind Ferne's back.
"When the cameras are going she'll get going, or she might just say forget it, it's in the past, let's move on."
Speaking ahead of their arrival, Vicky said she was hoping there wouldn't be any animosity between herself and Ferne.
"I feel as if she's quite bitter and I don't want any negativity in the camp," Vicky told The Mirror. "I just feel like every time I see her on the telly she is whinging about something or having a go at someone.
"It's not that I am afraid of confrontation as I am sure you all know. I just don't want anything to put a downer on a really exciting new chapter. The last thing I want is to turn the jungle into some f**king Mean Girls episode."
Viewers saw Ferne, Vicky and Spencer Matthews arrive at Snake Rock on Wednesday's episode, where they had to start a fire.
The trio got along well, with Ferne and VIcky actually sharing several hugs on arrival. After they started a fire, they were told they would be camping overnight before having to go head-to-head in a Bushtucker Trial.
However, once the trio had settled into camp, Ferne admitted: "It's almost too nice. Like I feel like it's going to get worse for us."
