Deputy leader Chris suggested a plan of action to leader Tony Hadley to encourage the celebrity campers to work harder in trials and tasks following the Scare Fair challenge, where older members of the camp had to sit in chairs and throw balls into revolving clowns' heads.
After the task, Chris posed an idea to Tony, saying: "Captain, as your deputy, I'm going to suggest to you that there's a price to pay not for this time but the next, that there's a price to pay if anyone fails. Maybe you give them more work. Maybe they do the dunny."
The other campmates seemed to agree that this would not be fair, but Chris replied: "But there should be something. To encourage people to actually try harder."
However, one person not impressed with the idea was Lady C, who laid into Chris for his suggestion.
"I tell you something, you're singing one tune out of the side of your mouth now," she angrily said. "Had you not got your aim you'd be singing a completely different tune out of the other side of your mouth."
Still furious, she later added: "Chris seems to think he is Petronius Arbiter and should be the judge of everyone and everything. He also fancies himself as something of a philosopher and he's decided that because he's had a measure of success as a boxer that he's in a position to tally everyone else's score.
"I tried as hard as I could and if he does not realise that I did then that's his problem, that's not my problem and if Chris is so lacking in perception to see this I think no more need be said. I mean give me a break. The whole thing is just pathetic."
"I think it's a flawed philosophy to believe impunity when it's inappropriate. Chris needs to learn a little humility."
With tensions still rising high, leader Tony tried to calm things down.
