The Keeping Up clan always stick by each other's sides when times get tough, and in true style, Kim has continued to lend her support to Scott after he split from Kourtney in July, following pictures that showed him cosying up to another woman.
Scott entered rehab last month for the second time in a year, and according to Kim, the treatment is really benefiting him. "Every time we [see him], he's back to his old self and he's so happy," she told People magazine. "But it's an adjustment. I don't want to say anything too soon."
Kim revealed she and her reality star family are optimistic about Scott's stay, saying: "He's tried [rehab] a couple of times [before], but this [most recent stay was] the first time he's ever spent weeks and weeks somewhere. We love Scott, and we're so happy he's getting help. We hope for the best."
The 35-year-old also addressed Kourtney and Scott's rocky relationship, explaining that her big sister had finally stood up for herself and said: " 'I have kids now and I don't want to be a bad example for them.' She really has taken that stand and been so amazing."
Momager Kris Jenner has taken a more direct line when it comes to dealing with Scott, telling him in an upcoming Keeping Up episode: "You really f**ked up. You have to earn back trust you've lost."
