Coronation Street actress Kym juggles her job on the primetime soap with being a mother to her children, and finds herself trying to squeeze in a workout when she can find the time.
The former pop star is gearing up to release a new fitness plan and toning guide DVD, Power Sculpt, which aims to work all areas of your torso while working the muscles, heart and lungs.
In new promo pics, Kym said she she's focusing on being the fittest and healthiest she's ever been, with the help of targeted workouts.
In Power Sculpt, Kym aims to take you from flab to firm in six workouts, designed to be done in the comfort of your own home without expensive gym equipment or a personal trainer.
Soap star Kym, who is joined in Power Sculpt by personal trainers Matt Baker and Sam Witter, said of her new DVD, she added: "This isn't a weight-loss plan and it's not about faddy diets either. Instead Power Sculpt is about being the fittest and healthiest person you can possibly be while focusing on core strength.
"And the key thing for me was to ensure that real gains are achievable for real women - those of us who work hard and have busy lives but also want to give their body a blast when we've got some time to ourselves.
Kym Marsh: Power Sculpt out on 26 December 2015 - £19.99.
