Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews has been spotted making the most of his luxury lifestyle, before making his I'm A Celebrity debut.

The Chelsea boy is set to venture into the jungle very soon, but before he dons his camp gear and prepares to live on rice and beans for the next few weeks, Spenny has been making the most of his last days of freedom in Oz.

How you ask? By soaking up the sun and surfing on Australia's Gold Coast.

Well, that's not a bad way to indulge and we're pretty sure a few cocktails were thrown in too for good measure.

Channelling his inner beach god, Spencer put his buffed up body on display as he took to the water. Giving onlookers a good look at his chiselled abs, the reality star looked like a pro as he strutted out of the water with his surfboard tucked under his arm.

His appearance at Surfers Paradise comes as Spencer prepares to make his I'm A Celebrity debut. ITV recently confirmed that he will be joining TOWIE star Ferne McCann and Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison as late arrivals to camp and we so can't wait to see them in action.

Ahead of venturing into camp, Spencer has revealed he thinks the jungle is going to be a "mental challenge" for him and he isn't too keen on the idea of eating testicles to win himself his dinner.

"The thing I'm most scared about eating is probably the balls. I have balls and the thought of biting into one is quite savage," he confessed.

He is, however, keen to rub shoulders with fellow camper Jorgie Porter, admitting he has a bit of a soft spot for her.

"Whenever I've watched Hollyoaks, I've always been attracted to her," he said. "Who wouldn't be?"

Like us, Spencer's MIC co-stars are keen to see how he will fare on I'm A Celebrity and many have sent him their support.

Mark-Francis Vandelli has said he thinks Spencer will be "in his element" in the jungle, while Stevie Johnson tweeted he thinks Spencer will definitely be worth watching.

Spenny's BFF and former I'm A Celeb star Hugo Taylor had some wise words for his pal. He tweeted Spencer, saying: "Enjoy starving mate!"
