Spencer is currently Down Under for his stint on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, and if anyone hasn't heard of the lothario, they will do very soon…
But, before Spencer bursts onto our screens, two of his close friends have said he will be "TV gold".
Stevie, who quit MIC in August after three years, tweeted: "Cannot wait to see the pug @SpencerMatthews in #ImACeleb. THAT will be worth watching #TVGold."
Spenny's best friend and former co-star Hugo – who also entered the jungle for the 12th series in 2012 – wrote last night: "Can't wait to see @SpencerMatthews enter the jungle tomorrow...TV gold guaranteed for the next couple of weeks! Enjoy starving mate! Hahahha."
Hugo later added: "Do us proud bud! Genuinely hope to see you eat balls. #ImACelebrity #teamspencer."
Spencer's co-star Mark-Francis Vandelli also reckons he will settle in well in camp. "I think he'll do really well," said Mark on The Wright Show. "I think he'll be in his element. I mean, he's used to being around creepy crawlies…so, nothing new!"
Spenny is an original cast member on MIC. Labeled as the "show villain", he's been well known for his on-screen romances, and in equal measure his infidelity, as well as his banter with his 'bois'.
All in the name of entertainment, he has come out with some very harsh yet equally brilliant one-liners
Remember this? "You're going to go home after this and cry your f**king eyes out. And I hope you do."
And what about this one? "It's f**king hard to respect you when you allow me to cheat on you."
At the start of this year, Spenny said he was a "changed man" as he was all loved-up with his now ex-girlfriend Lauren Hutton, but even he admitted to Reveal a few months later: "It is boring being nice! I fancy going dark again at some point."
