The I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! camp could be evacuated if extreme weather continues.

Thought massive spiders and stomach churning bush-tucker trials were the celebs biggest problems right now? Well there's actually a whole other crisis going down.

Violent storms are battering the jungle, and the stars might have to be evacuated from the camp if the sun doesn't peer through the clouds anytime soon.

Executive producer Tom Gould told The Mirror: "It has been scary, even for some of the crew.

"Trying to film when there is no break in the weather at all can be really tough. When it's wet all the time, the celebrities spend a lot of time around the campfire. It gets cold and uncomfortable."

Apparently the bad weather has caused power cuts, which might not sound like a big issue given plug sockets probably aren't a thing in the depths of the jungle, but it's causing big problems for the production crews who need to edit footage for the episodes. No edited footage = no episode, eek.

On Saturday (14 November), the area was battling 80mph winds and received around 50mm of rain, aka, that's a LOT. Not only will that make lighting the fire even more of a task than it already is, but there's a chance the camp could flood.

Tom added: "There are contingency plans. There's potentially more rain, but we're hoping for a little respite."

Will new arrivals Ferne McCann, Spencer Matthews and Vicky Pattison arrive by canoe?
