The first episode of the brand new series kicked off on Sunday night (15 November) and it seems like the 66-year-old writer and socialite was the talking point on social media.
"Lady Colin Campbell has been the surprise package on this year's show – yesterday I would have said she was a certainty to be the first out, now she looks like a possible winner of the programme," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
Bookmaker William Hill have said Lady Colin's odds to win have plummeted from 25/1 to 10/1.
Before the show aired, she was proving to be one of the least popular contestants in the show's history. But, Lady Colin is now behind Duncan Bannatyne (10/1), Chris Eubank (11/2), George Shelley (9/2), Tony Hadley (7/2) and Jorgie Porter (11/4), who is currently the favourite to win.
Will Lady Colin's popularity increase, or could that all change with the arrival of three reality stars? Ferne McCann, Spencer Matthews and Vicky Pattison will all be going into the jungle as late arrivals, meaning opinions could change!
Lady Colin said before heading into the jungle: "My life is not going to change whether I win or whether I am booted out first. It's about the sense of adventure. I lack nothing in my life. I am doing it for selfish reasons. It will help with the roof at the castle and I want to lose weight. I'd actually like to lose a stone if possible."
