So in my first I'm A Celeb column I'm going to give you my first impressions on the campmates who were introduced to us on the launch show last night. Beginning with my favourite – Jorgie Porter, who definitely seems like my kind of girl especially as we both "despise of people who judge you straight away". She was so cute and funny in her first challenge with great one liners, "I'll eat willies, balls…", and so brave when jumping out of the plane. I can't wait to see her Disaster Chef food challenge tonight.
I think Jorgie and George Shelley would make such a cute couple. George is so adorable in the way he hugs the other campers but I fear they might get tired of this and he seems quite needy. I'm surprised Kieron Dyer made it into the jungle and didn't get injured on the way in (ha ha, joking). The face he pulled during the first trial was hilarious and he just seemed to laugh the whole way through others' tasks, so I reckon he will have good banter and he's already shed the spoilt footballer image by giving all his appearance fee to charity and offering to clean out the dunny for the duration of his stay!
I've got respect for Chris Eubank who seems really focused like a true athlete and kept his 'zen like state' during the task. Duncan Bannatyne's looking great for his age and is so fit too and I think he and Tony Hadley will compete for the alpha male role as Tony seems very cool too.
Yvette Fielding seems like a genuinely lovely lady and had me cracking up as she sang like a mad woman to get herself through the first challenge. Brian Friedman came across as a bit desperate and like he was overacting so it remains to be seen if this is an act, and if so, if he can keep it up.
Brian may well have met his match in Susannah Constantine who seems like she would put someone in their place if needed. She definitely seems really motherly and loves the young and older campers alike so would probably stick up for anyone being picked on or feeling Brian's b*tchy wrath.
Then there's the final campmate, and I'm sorry to say, despite a lot of comedic moments my least favourite from first impressions is Lady Colin Campbell. She would wind me right up, sitting back, not helping, using her contact lenses as an excuse to get out of a trial, trying to opt out of another task, I mean why bother going in there?
Then there's my two ultimate favourites Ant & Dec who really make the show and their gags never get old. I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store in this evening's ep!
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! continues at 9pm on ITV.
