Lauren Pope recently quit TOWIE and catching up with her after her show exit, she told Reveal she won't miss that "anxious and stressed" feeling filming brought with it.

After five years of gracing our screens on the reality show, Lauren has finally decided to put TOWIE behind her and focus on being the business woman she always has been, instead.

Why you ask? She was fed up of with the constant spats with her co-stars. Something she will not miss, now she has gone.

Recently, Lauren spoke out about her departure from the show, revealing she left as she didn't have many friends left on TOWIE.

Reiterating the same sentiment when we met with her, Lauren exclusively told Reveal it was a few reasons that led to her pulling the plug, one of them being that she didn't have that close bond with her co-stars.

"The main reason was that it got to the stage where it was affecting my work," she said. "It began to affect my businesses, I wasn't able to put in 100 percent. I was missing meetings and it was hard time to get off."

She continued: "I just didn't enjoy last series at all. It wasn't a nice environment to be around... I wasn't really close to anyone on the show and when you're in that social situation, there's not much you can give to the show storyline wise."

Telling us what she won't miss now she has waved goodbye to her TOWIE days, Lauren added: "I won't miss the feeling anxious, the feeling stressed about who I have to film with. When I've spoken to Vas [J Morgan] and he's been at filming, he'll me stuff that's gone on and I just think. 'Ah thank god I don't have to deal with that!'"

Vas, who joined the show last year as Lauren's best friend, has been at the centre of TOWIE's drama lately, thanks to his fallouts with Lydia Bright, Debbie Douglas and Danielle Armstrong.

While he has now tried to apologise and offer an olive branch to his co-stars, Vas' friendship with Lauren came under fire as Chloe Sims blamed her for influencing him and he isolating himself from the rest of the cast as a result - something Lauren thinks was "massively unfair" for Chloe to say.

"I think they're all quick to jump on anything that is slightly negative about me," she quipped. Lauren then adding she'll think Vas will get on just fine without her on TOWIE, insisting he can hold his own.

As for her, Lauren is now turning her attention to business and being a beauty entrepreneur, she has just launched her Hair Academy for her own extension brand Hair Rehab London that she has built up herself for the last few years.

Telling us what's next in store for Lauren Pope, the starlet revealed: "I'l carry on doing the business side of things, for sure. In 2016, there will be fresh Hair Rehab products, there'll be another clothing line, hopefully a few clothing lines. Just stuff I generally enjoy.

"As much as TOWIE was amazing and I had my moments where I loved it and then hated it, this is my day-to-day and what I love, my business."

Well, we can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve next!
