Not only did Lewis come to blows with newcomer Michael Hassini, he hit out at ex-girlfriend Nicole Bass in a heated rant and he felt the wrath of Pete Wicks, after admitting he had kissed Jessica Wright while she and Pete were dating.
He's definitely not anyone's favourite person in Essex right now, and after TOWIE's sixteenth series wrapped up yesterday, Lewis was pleased to see the back of it...

Taking to Twitter, Lewis chose to ignore the recent scandal surrounding him, making light of the situation instead by tweeting: "Glad that [is] all over with."
At the start of the series, Lewis had an explosive showdown with newbie Mike, after finding out the Essex boy was pursuing his ex-girlfriend Nicole. Lewis claimed Mike had hooked up with a former flame of his in the past and lied about it, so didn't want to see him on the arm of another.
At the time, Lewis still wanted to make a go of things with Nicole and went head-to-head with Mike to win her affections. While he and Nicole did decide to date again and share a kiss, their reunion was shortlived with things turning very sour between the pair.
Lewis had accused Nicole of ignoring him, after she failed to reply to his messages and calls. She said she had been attending a friend's memorial, but Lewis then claimed she had been seeing her ex-boyfriend behind his back, before slamming her for being disrespectful and branding her "scum".
And if he hadn't ruffled enough feathers by that point, Lewis then upset Pete by dropping the bombshell that he and Jess had kissed recently. Despite not putting a label on it, Jess and Pete had been enjoying a romance, so he was quick to hit out at Lewis for going there in the first place and keeping it from him.
He told Lewis: "I think that says more about you and Jess than it does me. I've been as nice as pie to the girl from start to finish and I said to her I wouldn't disrespect her, she's point blank disrespected me there, as have you, I wouldn't have done that to you."
In last night's finale, Pete and Lewis came face-to-face once more in an awkward encounter at Jess' flat. Viewers watched as Lewis told Jess he "doesn't regret kissing her", before insinuating they had locked lips more than once.
Jess shut down any claims that more had gone on between herself and her co-star, with Pete then calling Lewis a "mongrel" and telling Jess he is disappointed with himself for letting her treat him how she has.
Prior to these scenes airing Lewis admitted he was in wrong for kissing Jess, insisting that both she and Pete are good people via Twitter. Later on in the episode, fans then saw him feeling a little remorse, sending both Pete and Jess texts to apologise.
Luckily, he didn't cause any permanent damage, as Pete and Jess were able to kiss and make up - with Jess jokingly claiming Pete is "100 times" a better kisser than Lewis.
Sounds like it's got to be all water under the bridge now, then?
