But what exactly does that involve? Dressing in a yellow Pudsey onesie!
Former TOWIE star Gemma actually admits to owning five all-in-one suits, so we reckon she was quite happy to add to her collection. And, she also makes a Danny Dyer confession!
Check out a Q&A with the reality star below:
What were your initial thoughts when you were approached to take part in the photoshoot?
I was honoured to be asked to take part as Children in Need is an institution really. It raises millions every year for amazing causes so I am so excited to be a part of that and to work with Asda. Plus it's great to be representing the curvy ladies out there too!
Do you think it's an important part of what you do as a celebrity in the public eye to help raise awareness of charity campaigns/causes?
Definitely. Being a celebrity means you're out there and people follow you on social media and they watch you on TV, you have a real following you know? To not use that to help others is terrible really - If I can use my celebrity status to help children who are in desperate need of help and support, I'll be there with bells on.
Is Children in Need a project that is close to your heart?
Children in Need is very much close to my heart, I'm such a softie when it comes to kids I really am. I am always so proud of us Brits as a nation to do this every year and raise what we do, but we need more! That's what it's all about, helping as many people as we can. I know this year will be the biggest one yet - we have big hearts in the UK!
The Children in Need telethon is iconic viewing, is it something you've watched in previous years?
I watch Children in Need every year. I curl up with my Pudsie teddy with a cuppa – I love it. It's great to see where the money goes and the sense of the country all getting behind one cause – it's fab.
Are onesies part of your home wardrobe staples?
Who doesn't love a onesie?! I have about 5 but this one is a particular fave – it's so soft! I just love it!
Which celebrity would you most like to see in a Pudsey onesie?
I'd love to see Danny Dyer in a Pudsey onesie! There's nothing like a bear cuddle – love me a bit of Danny Dyer!
