He and his Union J bandmates have just wrapped up their 'An Audience With...' tour, but proving there's no rest for the wicked, George is set to enter the jungle in a few days time.
Recent rumours had seen George's name crop up when it comes to potential campmates and suggesting we'll be seeing him on our screens very soon, the singer was pictured arriving in Australia with a huge smile on his face.
His arrival follows that of Dragon Den's star Duncan Bannatyne, royal biographer Lady Colin Campbell, former Newcastle midfielder Kieron Dyer and Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter, who recently confirmed her place on I'm A Celeb's lineup.
Speaking to The Mirror after his long-haul flight, George didn't seem phased about heading into camp, admitting he doesn't fear much.
"I love camping," he said. "My cousin has a pet snake so I'm good with that. And I used to have rats as pets."
Sounds like he'll be taking it all in his stride, then.
George's arrival in Oz comes after it was reported he is hoping to make his mark on the show.
A source told The Sun: "It's an amazing opportunity for George. The group has floundered a bit, so it's important for him to make a mark on his own. He hopes I'm A Celeb will give him a chance to show there's more to him than just being a boy band member."
Other famous faces said to join the 22-year-old are TOWIE's Ferne McCann (who is reportedly in last minute talks with show bosses), former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews and Most Haunted's Yvette Fielding.
I'm A Celebrity returns Sunday 15 November to ITV.
