Gemma Collins is making a return to the jungle a year after quitting, but this time she'll be sitting comfortably on the ITV2 panel show.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, former TOWIE star Gemma talked about her famous I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! exit last year, where she lasted just three days in the jungle.

She confirmed she would not be going in the jungle this year, but said she would still be taking part in a Bushtucker Trial for ITV2's spin-off show, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here Now!.

"I was asked back into the jungle and I couldn't guarantee to producers that I wasn't going to walk again," Gemma explained, "so we all made the decision that it was best that we'd leave it for this year.

"But I am going out there, I fly on Friday and I'm going to do the panel show so I am really looking forward to that. I'm so excited I can't wait. Me and Joe [Swash] are doing a pretend Bushtucker Trial.'

Gemma sensationally quit I'm A Celebrity after three days, but later said she wasn't in the right mindset for the jungle because of things that happened in the UK before she flew to Australia.

"It's a year ago when I left and I never expected everyone to be so angry with me," Germma continued. "I think a lot of people were quite disappointed because I was quite funny in there."

TOWIE series finale airs Wednesday 11 November at 10pm on ITVBe.
